Rich (AKA Rip) served as a percussionist in the US Army Band for 23 years and holds a BME from Grand Valley State University. He enjoys playing several different styles of music but his favorites are big band jazz and classic rock.  His musical influences come from his Grandmother, as well as drummers Buddy Rich, Steve Gadd, and Greg Bissonett.
