Jane Van Hof
Jane Van Hof is a multi-faceted musician and performer. An accomplished keyboard specialist, Jane is the collaborative pipe organist and accompanist at Trinity UMC. She also is a soprano soloist, and plays the violin, viola, and bass. In addition to her musical endeavors, Jane is a full-time public school English and Choral Music teacher in the Kentwood Public Schools. (She is also an adjunct faculty member teaching in the Colleges of Education and Community Development for Western Michigan University and Grand Valley State University. Jane holds a Master of Arts degree in Socio-Cultural Foundations of Educational Thought from Western Michigan University, a Master of Teaching degree in Teaching English as a Second Language from Aquinas College, and a Bachelor of Arts dual degree in English and Music from Calvin University.) Jane tinkers in her kitchen as a home cook creating tasty meals with her three grown sons, avidly reads books, tends gardens, renovates homes, travels with her husband, Andy, and enjoys cycling at a leisurely pace around town, having been a former Category 1 mountain bike racer.
